The Point East Maritime Village Construction
Plan has been designed to minimize disturbance
and maximize resident enjoyment of the
peninsula. Infrastructure and underground utilities for development have been installed. Housing
will be built in four distinct phases
with each housing phase being completed
before the next one starts.
