| At the Groundbreaking, we unveiled the Point East Cottage Collection in our new riverfront sales office. The Sheepscot, the Penobscot, the Androscoggin, the Kennebec and the New Meadows cottages ranging from 1300 SF to 2700 SF showcase the finest in New England design, materials and sensibility. Phase One is now open with prices beginning at $449,000. |
|
| We also announced two new partners in our
pursuit of superior made-in-Maine quality products.
Thos. Moser Cabinetmakers will furnish our model
home and offer exclusive furniture packages
for our residents. The
Kennebec Company, renown for its custom
period-inspired kitchen cabinetry will build
our hand-finished cherry kitchens. Together
as a team, we’ve spent months refining
the interiors of these wonderful homes to ensure
a design and way of life unmatched anywhere
else. Each cottage will offer three levels of
finish. The Classic Interior glows with a genteel
simplicity that complements both contemporary
and traditional decorating. The Cottage Interior
features bead board, built-in window seats and
the painted kitchens reminiscent of nostalgic
Maine summer living. The Custom Interior presents
an understated elegance with coffered ceilings,
paneling and a custom Kennebec Company kitchen. |
